  • Program participation based on expertise of management and not just financial statements (minimum net worth requirements)
  • Liberal line limits allows flexibility in closing and selling loans>
  • No set-up fee (initial legal documentation fee is required)
  • Available for Conforming and Alt "A" loan products, sub prime loans and manufactured housing;
  • Non-usage fee is generally waived for the first 60 days or if the warehouse relationships are exclusive. Non-use fee of 1/8 % per annum on unused amount can be applied if the average usage is less than 50% of the commitment.
  • Package fees: $35 per loan
