Mortgage Warehouse Line of Credit
Some highlights of our program include:
- Funding available up to 98 % of the lesser of par or takeout commitment price.
- Program participation based on expertise of management and not just financial statements (minimum net worth requirements)
- Liberal line limits allows flexibility in closing and selling loans>
- No set-up fee (initial legal documentation fee is required)
- Available for Conforming and Alt "A" loan products, sub prime loans and manufactured housing;
- Non-usage fee is generally waived for the first 60 days or if the warehouse relationships are exclusive.
Non-use fee of 1/8 % per annum on unused amount can be applied if the average usage is less than 50% of the commitment.
- Package fees: $35 per loan
- Available for 1st mortgages and 2nd (piggyback only) mortgages
